RARUS Jewels sells imitation (fashion) jewellery. Our products are crafted using high-quality base metals, alloys, and decorative materials. They are not made of real gold, silver, or other precious metals unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography
• Product dimensions are approximate
• Minor variations between the displayed image and the delivered product are inherent to the nature of fashion jewellery and handcrafted pieces

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• RARUS Jewels reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors — if an order is placed at an incorrect price due to a technical or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received
• Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from RARUS Jewels. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

• Product unavailability or inventory errors
• Pricing or listing inaccuracies
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable customer information
• Operational or logistical constraints

If an order is cancelled after payment is received, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Payments

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways. RARUS Jewels does not store payment card information.

For COD orders, a small advance payment may be required to confirm the order. This advance is adjusted against the total order value and is not an additional charge. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on location.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our return, refund, and cancellation terms are governed by our dedicated policies:
